AD and Biogas forum for plant owners

For the first time, Energy and Rural Business Show 2020 will host an ‘AD and Biogas optimisation and enhancement’ open forum.

It’s a chance for existing AD plant owners and operators to discuss ways to optimise and enhance the performance of their plants.

A panel of industry experts will answer queries on key areas, which will not only help to generate more income now, but to ensure plants can ‘self-sustain’ in future.

Speakers and topics include:

Chair - Kiara Zennaro, head of biogas, Renewable Energy Association (REA)

  • Feedstocks

  • Plant operation / Maintenance

  • Optimising yields and process - Tim Elsome, general manager, FM Bioenergy

  • Digestate Management - Dr Becky Wheeler, director, head of consultancy, 4R Group

  • Co2 Capture

The forum takes place on Wednesday 4th March between 11:30 – 12:50 at the Energy and Rural Business Show, which is at the East of England Arena in Peterborough, and is free to attend.

Energy and Rural Business Show is an event especially for the agricultural and rural sectors and includes three expos in one event: Energy Now Expo, Rural Business Expo and Low Emission Vehicles Expo.

It’s designed as a one stop shop for forward looking farmers and landowners to find out new innovative business ideas for a sustainable future in farming.
